Camera, auto-adjustable dual heads and job exchange — label finishing in a single pass.
The NexCut 240 is a highly cost-effective dual-head blade finisher for pre-cut and digitally printed colour labels, delivering high cutting speed and precision. Its CCD camera positioning system reads the codes printed on the media; the dual cutting heads move automatically to match each label shape — processing different label jobs on one roll fully automatically (job exchange function). With inline cold lamination, a slitting unit and automatic matrix removal, it is a complete finishing line for small batches with many designs.

The NexCut 320F combines digital die cutting and through-cutting into finished individual labels and pieces — with no physical cutting dies. Four cutting heads with automatic distance adjustment, a vacuum suction cutting platform, ultrasonic web guiding, cold lamination and automatic conveyor waste removal make it a complete finishing solution for small and medium production environments. Kiss cutting and full cutting in a single pass: from printed roll straight to finished product.
